This would look great with a long sleeve shirt underneath(color of your choice) and a pair of wide leg jeans.

We have featured this abaya before(Pink Hijab Day) and it has just the right amount of ruffle on the back.

Cute flat ruffle shoe, bright and colorful for spring and at a great price. $10

Muslimah2Muslimah Fab Fav!!
This jacket combines two very hot trends for this spring both military and ruffles. This jacket is soooo cute. It would look great over an abaya/over garment as well.

Very cute green dress, which of course would be worn as a shirt. Looks great on and would go great with wide leg jeans.

These heels are absolutely gorgeous! Love the ruffle detail on them and they come in other colors.

You may not want the ruffle to be a part of your outfit all day long. No problem, a ruffle bag is a great accessory.
Make sure that if you do the ruffles keep it to a one item minimum so that you don't over do it.

Let us know what you think. Do you like the ruffles? Would you wear them? How would you wear ruffles? Do you think you can have too much ruffle?

***All clothing should be lose fitting in order to maintain modesty***

Happy Shopping Ladies!

  1. I am loving the peach heels I would wore those and I like the jacket too. I think ruffles are cute as long as it's not too many ruffles. Then it just looks crazy = )

  2. As archetype Muslimah yall should be exclusively presenting Islamic fashion with a western orientation. The crux of Islamic fashion is modesty. Its funny modesty used to be so infused in AMerican culture. There was a time you could shame a girl who was dressing inapppropriatly with words like your "dressing like a prostitute." In contemporary western popular culture prostitute swag excessively dominates female fashion and evidently attracting Muslimahs. Prophet Muhammad cursed the person who sold interest and alchohol, and the person who bottles it and who consumed it. I wonder what his perspective would be on a person who dresses like a prostitute, or sells it. Promoting is selling. In any case, love the ruffle dress.lol

  3. Assalamu Aleikum sisters, I'm not a big fan of ruffles but some of these styles are very cute mashallah. But too many ruffles can make you look silly :)
